This website gets by on very little data. There is no tracking, there are no advertising networks, and there are no cookies that would need your consent.
Data controller
The controller under the GDPR is the person named in the imprint. For any question about data protection, use the email address given there.
Visiting the site
The site is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When you visit, Netlify processes technically necessary server log data including your IP address, the time and the address requested. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in running the site securely. A data processing agreement is in place with Netlify, and the transfer to the USA relies on the standard contractual clauses.
Enquiry form
We use what you enter in the form solely to answer your enquiry. It reaches our mailbox via Netlify Forms. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken prior to entering a contract. We delete the data once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention period applies.
Map
The map only loads once you explicitly select it. Before that, no connection to OpenStreetMap is made. When you do, map tiles are loaded from the OpenStreetMap Foundation and your IP address is transmitted. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Booking calendar
Our server fetches the booked periods from Google Calendar and delivers them to your browser ready made. Your browser never connects to Google, and none of your data is passed to them.
Fonts
All fonts are served from our own server. No Google Fonts or other external font services are loaded.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, normally the one where you live.
